We raise Bretonne Pie Noir cows (conservation breed) and Alpine and Poitevin goats. Our objective is to put ethics as center of our project by including the principles of permaculture and animal welfare. The animals are followed and cared for according to the principles of homeopathy, phytotherapy and aromatherapy. The young are raised under the mother's care, except for problems at birth, and the placement of surplus animals is privileged to the maximum. The farm is voluntarily modest in size in order to limit mechanization, to promote a voluntary simplicity approach and a thorough knowledge of our environment. All this is done in order to give meaning to our food and to keep alive the ancient knowledge linked to Nature.


The farm also has an educational component with animal mediation, welcoming groups and people in transition.


Production: cheese and yogurt made from cow's milk and goat's milk; meat packages (veal and beef).


Sale at the farm, L'Isle en dodon market each Saturday and Wednesday, grouped delivery in the Toulouse area twice a month, possible delivery to Isle-en-Dodon and surrounding towns.
